YOUR APPOINTMENT

What to Expect and How to Prepare for Your Appointment

We take great care to provide you with professional services and as such, the information below is about what to expect and how to prepare for your appointment, including our COVID-19 safety protocol.

We hope that this is helpful to you and if you have additional questions, please reach out to us--we're always happy to chat!

THE APPOINTMENT

First of all, if you are waiting to book your appointment until after you lose weight, DON'T.  We can help you dress your body at any size!  We understand that life transitions sometimes change our bodies and we can help you at any stage.  We will help you make adjustments to the rules for dressing your body and redefine your personal style.

Secondly, you will be trying on outfits during the consultation--especially if there's a question about fit. You should wear a body suit or swim suit to ensure modesty.  We will also be coordinating outfits by laying pieces out on your bed or floor (flat-lays) and/or pairing them on hangers.

Thirdly, we will focus on the clothes in your hanging wardrobe closet and main dresser as well as your shoes and accessories. If you have a large wardrobe, we recommend that you let the Consultant know at the time of booking the appointment to schedule adequate time to complete your objectives.  Alternatively, we recommend that you set aside at least an hour after the appointment so you can continue on your own applying all of the new closet edit rules to your entire wardrobe.

Note that the consultation is for one Client and if the wardrobe closets or dressers are being shared with others, our Consultants will only address clothing belonging to the Client.  A separate appointment may be booked for additional clients.

Lastly, we recommend that you read our blogs: "How to Edit Your Closet" and "How to Manage your Closet" and then head over to your Styling Tools page to pick up styling tools and closet organizing products in preparation for the appointment.
