As we build our shop and procure inventory, we hope to bring you products that support small businesses from across the US and are sustainable and thoughtful of people, animals and the environment during the manufacturing process.

THE SHOP STORE POLICY
Returns & Refunds
The Closet Edit Co. guarantees that all products we sell are brand new and authentic.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Your store credit will be given in a form of an online gift card. Please read below for more information on our return policy.
​RETURNS
For all return queries, please email us at info@thecloseteditco.com.
We accept returned items for store credit, all returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All shipping charges for returns are to be covered by the customer. Returned items must be unused, in its original packaging and with original tags still attached. After receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process the store credit.
SALE ITEMS
All sold items on SALE are FINAL and cannot be returned.
All returns must be authorized before we will accept them. Email us at info@thecloseteditco.com with your order number before shipping out your return.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. The store credit will be processed within five (5) business days.
EXCEPTIONS
For customers who receive defective item(s), damaged item(s) or had funds deducted for sold out items, please contact us at info@thecloseteditco.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange for refund or replacement if desired item is in stock.
The Closet Edit Co is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.
